Torrin Vineyard

The wine is rich and supple with great acidity and purity that keeps the wine fresh.  Spanish Springs Vineyard lies west of the Edna Valley south of San Luis Obispo. 

Earth tones, dried herbs, tobacco and deep red fruit up front are beautiful leading to a seamless rich middle while fresh acidity supports the wine long into the finish.

This is the only wine in the Lagom lineup that is a blend of fruit from multiple sites.  We opted to emphasize the clonal selection 115 from three sites to showcase an expression of Pinot Noir that is a bit more masculine.

Bright red fruits mingle with earth and spice creating unmistakable “Typicity” the term the French use for “true to varietal character”.  The texture of this wine is astounding with a silky presence from front to back.
